24 Hour Holter Monitoring recorders are fitted and in our practice rooms at Buderim, and the recording analysed by our technologist and reported by Dr Kypraios.
A Holter monitor is a battery-operated portable device that measures and records your heart’s activity (ECG) continuously for 24 hours. The device is the size of a small camera. It has wires with 50 cent coin sized sticky electrodes that attach to your skin.
This test is available as an open access GP referred service. As with all our open access testing services, Dr Kypraios provides full decision support and advice on test results if requested.
